功能

• Crystallization: During crystallization, according to the material process requirements, the medium is heated or cooled in the jacket to control the crystallization temperature of the material。At the same time, the uniformity of the crystallizing liquid is maintained by the stirring speed of the screw band and the rocking speed of the tank。
• Filtration function: After the crystallization process, the reverse device is simplified to filter the material or vacuum filter under negative pressure。
• Washing: The CIP device makes the cleaning liquid evenly spray in the container to realize the internal cleaning of materials and equipment。
• Drying: After the end of filtration, the cylinder is reversed back to the original position, and the heat source (usually temperature controlled heat conduction oil) is passed into the tank, and the tank is rotated at 360 ° C to vacuum dry the material。
• Discharge: After drying, open the upper discharge valve and open the vibrator at the same time to vibrate the dried material。
